What does badge type mean?

The badge type selected when you start to make your charity badge tells us the campaign for your badge so that we can track it appropriately and make sure the correct branding is displayed on the bottom. It should be defaulted to the appropriate type so you shouldn't have to make any changes, but if for some reason it isn't we ask you to please confirm the badge type based on how you came into this site.

Case Foundation and Parade Magazine are presenting America’s Giving Challenge and awarding up to $50,000 to charities whose supporters have attracted the most unique donors* to their cause using new and innovative online tools like the Charity Badge you are about to create. If you create an America's Giving Challenge Badge between December 13 at 3pm EST and January 31 at 3pm EST you will be eligible for the grant.

If you want to see what some of the other partner badges look like, below are some samples.

Network for Good (sample badge), Clinton Foundation (sample badge), Windows Live (sample badge), Beliefnet (sample badge), Woozfly.com (sample badge), AIM for Good (sample badge), iVillage (sample badge).

*A quick note about unique donations: To succeed at the Challenge, the objective is to get as many people as you can to donate to your cause. Duplicate donations from the same individual will only be counted once. Please see full campaign rules for more information.
